Refund policy

S3CTOR STUDIO is operated by Chang Le International Co., Ltd. These are our return and exchange rules.

Seven-day returns

You can return any item within seven days, counting from the day after it is delivered. You do not need to give a reason, and it costs you nothing. Please note that those seven days are for deciding whether to keep the item — not for wearing it.

How to return

Email s3ctor.studio@gmail.com within those seven days with your order number. We will reply with where to send it, and we cover the return postage.

Condition

Items must come back complete: tags still attached, packaging and any extras included, in a condition we could sell again. We cannot accept items that have been washed, worn in, altered, or show obvious signs of use.

Refunds

Once the item is back with us and checked, we refund the full amount you paid within seven business days, to the account you paid from.

Exchanges

If the size is wrong, you can exchange it once for a different size of the same item, subject to stock at the time. You cover the postage back to us; we cover sending the new one out. Same address: s3ctor.studio@gmail.com.

Faulty or wrong item

If something arrives faulty, or we sent the wrong thing, take a photo and email s3ctor.studio@gmail.com. We cover postage both ways, we will replace it as a priority, and if there is no stock we refund you in full.
