Orders and when the contract is formed

Submitting an order on this site is an offer to buy. The contract is formed at the moment we match your payment and send you the order confirmation email — not before.

Until then, if an item turns out to be out of stock, or a price or product detail was published in error, we may decline the order and refund anything you have already paid, in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in New Taiwan dollars and include tax. Payment is by bank transfer (ATM or online banking). Please complete the transfer within three days of ordering and give us the last five digits of the transfer; we cancel orders that go unpaid past that.

Your account

You can register for an account on this site (your DRIVER ID). Keep your email and password to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by email.

Intellectual property

The trade marks, artwork, designs, text and images on this site belong to Chang Le International Co., Ltd. or their respective owners. Please do not copy, adapt, distribute or use them commercially without our written permission.

Liability

We do our best to keep this site running, but we cannot guarantee it will be available without interruption. We are not liable for delay or loss caused by things outside our control, such as natural disasters, telecoms outages, or failures in third-party services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will publish any changes on this page. Your rights and obligations are governed by the version published at the time you placed your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes arising from them go before the Taiwan Ciaotou District Court as court of first instance, without prejudice to any other court you are entitled to bring a claim in by law.
