Where we ship

We ship worldwide from Taiwan.

Within Taiwan, orders go by 7-ELEVEN store-to-store pickup, including the outlying islands.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free within Taiwan. The amount you see on the order page is the total for the goods — there is nothing added for postage.

International shipping is free on any two tees. Tax is already included in our prices and nothing is added at checkout.

Where a country charges import duty or local VAT, that is collected by the carrier when they deliver. That charge is set by your country, not by us.

Dispatch time

We dispatch within 7 to 14 business days of matching your payment. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays in Taiwan.

For orders inside Taiwan, 7-ELEVEN usually takes another 2 to 3 days to get the parcel to your store. International delivery times depend on the destination and on customs.

Pickup notification (Taiwan)

7-ELEVEN sends a text message to the mobile number on your order when the parcel reaches the store. Please give a number that can receive text messages — landlines cannot.

Pickup window (Taiwan)

Stores hold parcels for 7 days. If yours is returned to us because that window passed, we will contact you: you can have it sent again (you cover that postage) or take a full refund.
